What Billy does with your data.
Plain English, and only what the product actually does. If you connect Google, the section below tells you exactly which access is requested and why.

What this covers
Billy is a CRM and outreach tool at usebilly.io, operated by RevAgentic.
- Account details you give us: your name, business name and work email.
- Business data you put in Billy: contacts, companies, deals, notes and the emails you send through it.
- Google data, only if you choose to connect your Google account. Details below.
- Basic service logs: request times, pages and errors, used to keep Billy running.
Google account data
Connecting Google is optional. Billy works as a CRM without it.
- Sign in (openid, email, profile): confirms who you are and the address Billy sends from.
- Gmail (gmail.modify): writes drafts into your mailbox, sends the ones you approve, and reads replies on those conversations so they appear against the right contact.
- Calendar (calendar.readonly): reads upcoming events so Billy can show what is coming up beside a contact. Billy never creates, edits or deletes events.
- What Billy stores from your mailbox: for messages tied to your outreach, the subject line, a preview of up to 500 characters, the sender and recipient, and the time it was sent. Stored inside your workspace only.
- What Billy does not store: full message bodies of unrelated mail, attachments, your contact list from Google, or your Google password.
- Access tokens are held so scheduled sending and reply syncing work while you are away. They are never shown to anyone and never shared.
- Disconnect any time from your workspace settings, which deletes the stored tokens, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use. Billy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except where you ask us to for support, where the law requires it, or to investigate abuse.
Automated drafting
Billy writes a first draft for you, and you decide whether to send it.
- To draft an email or sort a reply, Billy sends the relevant text to Anthropic's API and gets the result back.
- That content is processed only to return your draft or classification. It is not used to train models.
- Sequences are set to draft by default, so nothing leaves your mailbox until you press send.

Keeping and deleting data
- Your data stays while your workspace is open, so your history is there when you need it.
- Ask us to delete it by emailing bill@revagentic.ai and we will remove your workspace and everything in it within 30 days.
- Disconnecting Google removes the stored tokens straight away.
- Backups roll off on their own within 90 days.
Security
- Everything travels over encrypted connections, and our providers encrypt it at rest.
- Workspaces are separate. Every request is checked against your session before any record is returned.
- Google access is scoped and revocable: only what is listed above, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at bill@revagentic.ai.
- Disconnect Google, or close your workspace, whenever you like.
- If you are in the UK, EU or California, you have rights over your data under local law and we will honour them.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data in a way that matters, we will update this page and email workspace owners before it takes effect.
