Short, readable terms for using Billy. The part that matters most is how you use it to email people, because Billy sends from your mailbox.

The agreement
By creating a Billy workspace you agree to these terms.
- Billy is a CRM and outreach tool provided by RevAgentic.
- You need to be old enough to enter a contract and authorised to act for the business you sign up.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including anything your team sends.
Your data stays yours
- You keep ownership of the contacts, companies, deals and messages you put into Billy.
- You grant us only the access needed to run the service for you.
- You can ask for an export, or for deletion, at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Sending email responsibly
Billy sends from your own mailbox, so how it is used reflects on you.
- Only contact people you have a genuine reason to contact, and follow the law where they live, including CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR.
- Honour opt-outs. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
- Do not send anything misleading, and do not disguise who you are.
- No unlawful, hateful or deceptive content, and no buying your way around a spam filter.
- We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, to protect other customers and our sending reputation.
Accounts and access
- Keep your sign-in link and your mailbox secure. Anyone who reaches them can reach your workspace.
- Do not try to get at another workspace's data, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first.
- Tell us promptly at bill@revagentic.ai if you think something has been accessed that should not have been.
Paid features
- The CRM is free. Outbound features such as finding leads and automated sending are a paid add-on.
- Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your workspace.
- We will tell you before a price changes.
What we promise, and what we do not
- We work hard to keep Billy available, but we do not promise it will never be down or never lose a beat.
- Billy depends on services such as Google. If they change or restrict access, features may change too.
- Billy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending things
- You can close your workspace whenever you want.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. We will give notice where we can.
- On closure you can ask for an export, and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change we will update this page and email workspace owners beforehand. Carrying on using Billy after that means you accept the new terms.
